To request a refund, please contact our support team with your Consumer ID and transaction details. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment mode (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within the standard banking timeline of 5 to 10 business days.
While we strive for timely coordination, delays caused by agency stock shortages, vehicle breakdowns, or public holidays are beyond our control. Such delays do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the service is cancelled before the revised delivery time.
