At Lavanya Fuels, we aim to provide a seamless gas service coordination experience. Since we act as a facilitator between customers and authorized gas agencies, our refund and cancellation policies are governed by both our service standards and individual agency regulations.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your service request or booking assistance under the following conditions:

  • Before Coordination: Cancellations made before we have initiated coordination with the gas agency are processed immediately without any service fees.
  • After Coordination: If the booking has already been processed with the agency and a delivery person has been dispatched, cancellation may be subject to the specific agency's policy.
  • Commercial Orders: For bulk or commercial orders, cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following specific scenarios:

  • Failed Transactions: If a payment was made through our platform but the booking failed to register with the agency, a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
  • Service Non-Performance: If Lavanya Fuels fails to provide the promised coordination support due to internal technical issues, customers may be eligible for a refund of any service fees paid.
  • Double Payments: In case of accidental double payments for the same service request, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation requested after the gas cylinder has reached the delivery address.
  • Refusal of delivery at the doorstep without a valid safety reason.
  • Incorrect consumer details provided by the customer leading to delivery failure.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your Consumer ID and transaction details. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment mode (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within the standard banking timeline of 5 to 10 business days.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely coordination, delays caused by agency stock shortages, vehicle breakdowns, or public holidays are beyond our control. Such delays do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the service is cancelled before the revised delivery time.
