At Lavanya Fuels, we are committed to providing efficient and safe delivery of gas services to our domestic and commercial customers. This policy outlines our procedures and timelines for service fulfillment.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently provide service coordination and delivery support within Nagpur and surrounding regions. Delivery availability is subject to the network coverage of our authorized partner gas agencies.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Domestic Delivery: Typically fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours of a successful booking confirmation.
- Commercial/Bulk Orders: Delivery schedules are coordinated based on the specific requirements and agreed-upon timelines during the order process.
- Emergency/Express Requests: While we strive to prioritize urgent needs, express delivery is subject to agency availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Delivery Charges
Shipping or delivery fees are determined based on:
- Statutory delivery charges as mandated by the gas agency/government.
- Additional convenience or coordination fees (if applicable), which will be clearly communicated during the service request.
- Distance-based surcharges for areas falling outside the standard delivery radius.
4. Delivery Process & Safety
To ensure a safe and successful delivery:
- A valid Consumer ID and registered mobile number must be provided.
- A person above the age of 18 must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Our delivery partners follow strict safety protocols. Please ensure the delivery area is accessible and safe for the transport of gas cylinders.
5. Tracking Your Delivery
Once your booking is processed, you will receive real-time updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or RCS regarding your delivery status. You can also contact our support line for a status check using your Consumer ID.
6. Non-Delivery and Re-Attempt
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, a second attempt will be scheduled. Please note that repeated failed attempts may result in a re-delivery fee or cancellation of the order as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
